For family members and friends who are unable to attend Convocation, St. Clair College is pleased to offer a live video stream of all ceremonies.
WatchHOW DO I REGISTER FOR CONVOCATION?
Graduates were emailed a registration link with a deadline of January 19th. If you missed it, you can still register by emailing convocation@stclaircollege.ca. Please include your full name, student ID, and the program you completed.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY GRADUATION LETTER?
Please note that graduation letters are available through your SIS account, under Academic Records. Letters can be downloaded and printed if required.
HOW DO I RENT MY GOWN?
All candidates who participate in the Convocation sessions must be in academic gowns. Gowns are mandatory and will need to be worn by all graduates. The cost to rent gowns is $20 if you rent online prior to the ceremony. If you miss the online rental period, graduates can rent gowns the day of their ceremony for $75 CASH ONLY ($40 refundable upon return of your gown). Rent Now
ARE TICKETS REQUIRED FOR GUESTS?
Tickets are not required for guests attending graduation. Seating for ceremonies will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
ARE SERVICES PROVIDED FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH A DISABILITY?
The WFCU Centre, Chatham Capitol Theatre and Meridian Arts Centre are fully accessible. Additional assistance is also available for individuals who are visually or hearing impaired. All students will be able to detail their accessibility requirements for themselves and/or guests during registration for Convocation.
WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDENTIALS ON THE DAY OF GRADUATION?
All students will receive their credential at their ceremony. Students will be able to download their program from the Convocation website. Name cards will be received in their grad pack.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN MY CEREMONY IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Unfortunately, all late graduates will be unable to participate in their ceremony if they are late. Late graduates will still receive their credential and Grad Pack but will not be permitted to walk across the stage.
Each spring and fall and now winter at the College, convocation ceremonies are held to confer diplomas to those who earned it by studying at St. Clair College. We are proud of you, and we are sure that you are proud of yourself and your diploma. The Alumni Association offers a way for you to display and protect this most important document - with a St. Clair College diploma frame.
The diploma frames are available to every alumnus of St. Clair College. If you wish one, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations by phone 519-972-2747
